How do I exchange an item?

Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 30 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible safe return of the goods.

 

In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, and preferably still in its original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.

 

Typically, the exchange is within two business days, however, it can sometimes take up to five business days. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened. Please feel free to contact us for assistance in selecting your correct size at info@sbdqatar.com.

Cancellation and items no longer required

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. Cancellations must be made by email (to info@sbdqatar.com), quoting your order number.

Defective goods

All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.

 

If a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at info@sbdqatar.com and include your order number, name and delivery address. All SBD retailers are authorized to assess warranty claims, so please contact the original retailer of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
